2011 Scion TC Transformed

Picture thanks to autoguide.com

Scion is making a big comeback to its flagship vehicle in 2011.  Many people were expecting maybe something turbo for this years model since that is the new trend in the car industry. They went another route, and kept the car affordable since that is the whole reason to buy a coupe from scion. They re-designed it and made it 2 inches wider and made the car look a little meaner with a different front end.  They fitted the vehicle with a new 2.5 4cyl motor and a 6-speed manual or auto transmission. This improved power and did not sacrifice gas efficiency which also improved from last year to 23(city)/31(highway) mpg.  The Wheels and tires were also drastically improved to 18 inch wheels for better handling. We can now say this vehicle is a true economy coupe and it is priced around $18,275. In my honest opinion it makes me want to go out and get one it kind of has a Lexus series headlights and a more Euro looking body like from an Audi. To me this car is going to be an even bigger hit and its what Toyota/Scion need to help the brand revive from the recalls.
